Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Carma Clothing.

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Because each item is created especially for you, production takes place before your order is shipped.

Processing Times

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they are dispatched. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or product launches, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Ireland: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times only and may vary depending on customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the products in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can also track your order through the Shop App if you've chosen to use it.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen if products are manufactured in different fulfilment centres or shipped separately to speed up delivery. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless shown during checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, Carma Clothing cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
